Welcome to the Southwest Lipizzan Association's Brand-New Blog!

For the past five years the Southwest Lipizzan Association has celebrated our favorite breed online, in print, and at shows, expos, and clinics from Arizona to Texas. Now we're embarking on a new venture. Through this blog we hope to entertain, enlighten, and educate readers about this very special breed, as well as to share information and stories.

Look for posts on all sorts of Lipizzan-related topics, and please feel free to comment, ask questions, and encourage us to tackle topics of interest. We are deliberately apolitical--we do not support any one national association, and we refrain from engaging in registry and association politics--but we're happy to share news from around the world.

Our main goal and mission statement is simple: Preservation of the Classical Lipizzan Through Education and Promotion. We hope you'll join us.
